Can I change my order?
Due to limited product availability and our fulfillment process, we’re unable to make changes to orders after they have been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Can you combine shipping for multiple orders I placed?
To ensure consistent and efficient order fulfillment, each order is processed and shipped separately. We’re unable to combine multiple orders or refund shipping costs after an order has been placed. Thank you for understanding!
My order is lost. Will you send me a replacement?
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver it safely. All GSheets orders include up to $100 of shipping insurance. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please file a claim directly with the carrier. We’re happy to provide any information needed to assist with the claim.
Why hasn’t my order shipped yet?
Orders are shipped in the order they are received. While we do our best to ship orders the next business day, please allow up to one week for order processing and fulfillment, especially during periods of high order volume.
Can you send me my tracking number?
Tracking information is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout once your shipping label has been created. If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your spam, junk, or promotions folders, as automated emails can occasionally be filtered by your email provider.
My order is incorrect. What can I do?
We strive to ensure every order is packed accurately, but as a small, one-person business, occasional mistakes can happen. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out through the contact form on our website or via Instagram @gsheetsfb.
We’ll review the issue and work with you to find an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the circumstances.
Will you sponsor my event?
We love supporting the fingerboarding community and do our best to sponsor as many events as we can. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to accommodate every sponsorship request.
